The Yarnvent Calendar

 
Hello fellow knitters/ stitchers/ yarnbombers and all creative people,
 
Starting on December 1st to December 24th every year, we are proposing that we create a yarn advent calendar- giving something everyday to your town in the count down to Christmas!
 
Perhaps small tree decorations every day? Perhaps some small decorations and larger ones at the weekend? It's your choice!
 
From wreaths, angels, stockings and tree skirts to baubles, mince pies, xmas puddings and snowmen - the possibilities are endless!
 
Lets all get together and spread a little Xmas cheer!
 
Please invite as many guests as you can to take part!
 
Remember to post pictures and ideas here and on our Facbook page so we can all share our wonderful creations!

Sooo excited! I've knitted my first item for Yarnvent 2012! I'm putting a wee Shadow_Stitch twist on things this year! Less than 5 months! 23 items to go! Eeeeek!
