Event Description
Knit the Streets is helping to organise a 2 week festival called 'Plank 2013', when Market Rasen in Lincolnshire will become an art gallery with work exhibited in unusual places & spaces to create an arts trail. Market Rasen has recently been successful in becoming a 'Portas Pilot Town' and has received a great deal of national media coverage. Knit the Streets will be yarnbombing areas of the town during the festival with stripes and it would be fantastic if some...or all!...of you could take part. Sorry for short timescale. Any knit or crochet pieces, any colour any size, but stripes please! Don't forget to attach a label so we can promote your work on the festival blog, in the media and at the festival.
